F2Down is developed by a small team of developers. We launched this website in 2025 with only one goal, to make the download process for Facebook videos, Reels, and Audios as simple as just copy-pasting, no clutter, no games.
We built it as an alternative to existing options that were frustrating to use because they were covered in ads and padded with fake download buttons that led nowhere. Those are also slow enough that their claim of fast downloads is entirely lost. We wanted something to use for ourselves, so we developed it.
F2Down is free and always will be, doesn't require any signup process or account creation. We also don't store users' data. The downloading process is simple, we fetch data from Facebook through the given URL and provide you with a download option through the Facebook CDN link.
